New book "Not My Way But Yahweh" by Dean Michael Cox is released,

“Not My Way But Yahweh” by Dean Michael Cox has been released worldwide. This 376-page book offers a guided connection to scripture through daily devotionals, meditations, and prayers. The collection of 365 Bible passages – one for each day of the year – shows how the word of God connects to people’s individual lives, while the companion prayers and meditations provide insightful entry points for readers to use in their own practice.

After spending much of his life battling with addiction and alcoholism, the author found stability and sobriety through faith. Through this powerful book, he aims to help others find the hope, solace, and purpose available in God’s loving embrace. These select Bible passages and associated meditations are meant to heal the broken-hearted, plant seeds of compassion, and speak life into a dying world.

Cox examines the principles of God and how they apply to everyday life, and shows how scripture can inform our daily actions in the modern world. By providing daily devotions, the book lays out a path for consistent engagement with spirituality and moving through the world guided by Christian values.

These writings are water for the thirsty and food for the hungry, serving to bring readers closer to God through daily devotion and the power of prayer.

Not My Way But Yahweh (ISBN: 9781961532144) can be purchased through retailers worldwide, including Barnes and Noble and Amazon. The paperback retails for $19.99, and the ebook retails for $5.99. Review copies and interviews are available upon request.

From the back cover:

In this book of daily devotions, the word of God restores and regenerates. The meditations are relatable and applicable, bringing the holy scriptures to life as a guarantee that our God is a God of promise who gives us hope and a future.

About the author:

Dean Michael Cox lives in Oroville CA with his wife and three children. He is a family man. Although he loves to write, his number one priority is being a husband and a father. For much of his life he struggled with drug addiction and alcoholism. He was able to break free from these prisons because of the love and compassion of Jesus Christ. Dean and his family attend their home Church where they are leaders and serve where there is a need. He is continuing his education as a drug and alcohol counselor where he hopes he can help the addict who still suffers and bring healing to the broken.
