Pranav Mohanlal To Publish His Collection Of Poems As A Book

Updated Jul 12, 2024, 07:02 IST

Actor Pranav Mohanlal, who was last seen in Vineeth Sreenivasan’s Varshangalkku Shesham took to his social media on Wednesday, July 10, to share the news with the public that he was currently in the process of compiling and publishing a collection of his poetry as a book titled Like Desert Dune.

Actor Pranav Mohanlal, who was last seen in Vineeth Sreenivasan’s Varshangalkku Shesham took to his social media recently to share the news that he was currently in the process of compiling and publishing a collection of his poetry as a book.

Sharing a picture of the book’s cover on his Instagram on Wednesday, June 10, which featured an abstract piece of artwork most likely done by Pranav himself, he wrote, “I’m working on putting together a book of poetry. Stay tuned. (sic)” The title of the book is revealed to be Like Desert Dune, and is featured on the cover.

Fans had been treated to Pranav’s poetry skills a while ago when, in 2022, the actor had shared a poem titled ‘Golden Age’, and in 2023, he shared another poem titled ‘Why’ on Instagram, but to see a complete collection of the actor’s poetic work would definitely be a treat, especially since he had been receiving mostly positive feedback from netizens, who have been amazed by the young actor’s profound thoughts and points of view.

Another Poet In The Family

Pranav’s sister Vismaya too had authored a book titled Grains of Stardust, which is a collection of poems that was published in 2021 by Penguin Books. Its Malayalam translation was published by Mathrubhumi Books.

Meanwhile, Pranav Mohanlal has been trying his best to stay away from the public eye after the release of Varshangalkku Shesham, away from both bouquets and brickbats that he has been receiving for his performance in the film, instead choosing to move on with his travels and off-road hikes. This announcement from the actor has come as a surprise from his fans, but a welcome one nevertheless.
