Former The Only Way Is Essex star Pete Wicks has announced that he’s written a new book.
The TV star shared the news with fans on Instagram, revealing that Never Enough: My Words Unfiltered – which he clarified is “not an autobiography” but rather an account of life through his lens – is now available to pre-order ahead of its official release on September 12.
“Not gonna lie, I wasn’t overly keen on doing a book initially and even at this point I’m wondering if I’ve said too much,” he wrote in the post’s caption.
“This is NOT an autobiography but it is a lot to do with my past, my views and my thoughts…things I’ve not spoken about before and the way in which they may have shaped the person I am today.”

Pete continued: “The most beautiful and special thing about each and every one of us is that we are completely and utterly unique, there is no one is this world that thinks or feels the way you do and that is YOUR superpower.
“However that can mean facing some challenges alone. As men we don’t like to admit that dealing with things alone takes its toll and let’s face it, we ain’t great at showing or understanding our own emotions let alone anyone else’s.
“As much as this is about me, it’s not. If one person reads this and begins to think about their own life or finds some comfort in the fact that life is a struggle and we’re all working our way through it as best we can then I’ll be glad that I did this.”

Pete concluded by reminding his fans that they are “enough,” before joking that the book isn’t all “wishy washy” and “probably” includes “too much f***king swearing.”
Never Enough is described as “a no-holds-barred account of life through Pete Wicks’ lens,” in which he “shares his mental health trials and approach to life,” the “lessons he has learned” over the years, the “damaging impact of social media” and more.
