GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Toys may provide a distraction or some comfort for a kid, but some can actually help with their development.
Great Start Collaborative of Kent County is hosting a drive-by event on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the corner of Alger St. and Madison Ave.
Anyone who comes by will get an ‘Essential Needs of Play’ goodie bag full of items that are intended to help with child development.
Everyone will have to stay in their cars, as the play bags are loaded in by volunteers.
