Eve of Ruin Adventure Book


Dungeons & Dragons has launched a new adventure for characters level 10-20 titled Vecna: Eve of Ruin. The new story sees the notorious lich Vecna weaving a ritual to eliminate good and obliterate the gods.




Dungeon Masters and players will have the ability to travel through memorable locations on their hunt to stop the iconic Vecna, beginning in the Forgotten Realms and including Planescape, Spelljammer, Eberron, Ravenloft, Dragonlance and Greyhawk. The new adventure will see players guided by legendary allies from D&D’s lore while also taking on 30 terrifying new monsters from across the multiverse. Vecna: Eve of Ruin is available now in both digital and physical formats from Amazon, local gaming stores and the D&D Beyond shop.

VECNA: EVE OF RUIN

Vecna: Eve of Ruin is a 256-page adventure book for use with the fifth edition Player’s Handbook, Monster Manual and Dungeon Master’s Guide. A one-shot prequel adventure for 3rd-level characters, Vecna: Nest of the Eldritch Eye, is also available now for $4.99 from D&D Beyond.


D&D Provides Deep Dive into Vecna: Eve of Ruin’s Creation

The Dungeons & Dragons YouTube channel has a plethora of in-depth interviews with the designers of Vecna: Eve of Ruin for fans to watch and learn more about the new adventure. Senior Designer Amanda Hamon speaks about how players will return to familiar locations like Ravenloft and Spelljammer while playing Vecna: Eve of Ruin, while Game Designer Ron Lundeed goes on a deep dive looking into the new monsters players encounter on their new journey.
