KATIE Price has put pen to paper once again for her eighth autobiography – and she insists it’s her most vulnerable yet.
The former glamour model, 46, is celebrating the release of This Is Me and, in true Pricey style, she hasn’t held back when it comes to spilling the tea on just about every aspect of her life.
It’s been a tough few years for Katie, after she was declared bankrupt twice, lost her Mucky Mansion and was involved in a horror car crash.
But unsurprisingly the mum-of-five has still got things to talk about.
Here are the four biggest revelations from Katie’s new book.
Booze and drugs confession
In September 2021 Katie ended up in hospital when she crashed her BMW, resulting in it flipping onto its side.
Now Katie has confessed to drinking alcohol and taking cocaine before getting behind the wheel.
Katie admitted she’d “had some friends round for a few hours” on the night of the smash.
She said: “One of them had some coke on them and, yes, I had a little bit of it, probably a couple of lines, it wasn’t even a lot. I had some alcohol too.”
But the mum-of-five insisted that it was a call from her eldest daughter Princess, 17 – who she shares with ex-husband Peter Andre – that made her jump in the car.
Katie said: “I could tell she was upset so I asked her what was wrong. My daughter was ringing to tell me she wasn’t allowed to see me and my heart just broke
Fertility struggles
Katie has made no secret of her desire to have another baby and in the new book she opens up about suffering a heartbreaking miscarriage while with her ex-fiance Carl Woods.
She recalled: “Carl and I went through rounds of IVF and I did fall pregnant, but I miscarried quite early on.
“That was fate too. But having failed IVF and then having IVF only to miscarry is very horrific.”
Romance regrets
Her relationships over the years have been well documented and in her modelling days – when she was known as Jordan – Katie had a relationship with Another Level singer Dane Bowers.
Despite once branding him “the love of her life”, Katie confessed she now regrets the relationship.
She said: “I looked totally different when I first became famous, when I first started dating.
“Dane Bowers . . . he’s a regret I suppose, though I would love to see Dane again, and we did have a good time together, but then he cheated on me so it would never have worked.”
A-list feuds
She’s never been one to hold her tongue and has ruffled many feathers over the years.
Katie has been open about her mental health struggles in recent years and in the memoir she slammed TV hosts Alan Carr and Graham Norton for “taking the p**s out of her” over the years.
She said: “Graham Norton, Alan Carr… they would dress up as me after I’d been on, mocking me or my outfits or my hair. No-one called them out on it.”
