
BEMIDJI — Former
High School Principal John Eggers recently released his newest book, “You Can Make a Difference.”
Intended for those in middle school through adulthood, the book contains stories to help readers discover their special gifts, provide ideas on how to use them and show how somebody can help others discover their gifts, a release said.
“We all share a common desire to make a positive impact in our lives and the lives of others,” the release added. “This journey begins with recognizing and utilizing the unique gifts bestowed upon us by the Creator. Regardless of age, we all have these special gifts, and it’s crucial to identify them and, more importantly, use them.”
Some stories contained in the book refer to Viktor Frankl, Anne Frank, Greg Boyle, Andy Wells, Jaime Escalante, Walt Whitman, Anna Essinger, the Naytahwaush Charter School and Bemidji Noon Rotary among other entities.
