(Collive.com) David Nesenoff’s new book, “I Never Met The Rebbe Many Times,” is getting praise and attention as he begins his world speaking tour. Nesenoff’s fame from outing the antisemite journalist Helen Thomas from the White House led him to speak at over 700 Chabad Houses in the world. He has told thousands of audience members of his personal Chabad experiences and the stories he gathered firsthand from Shluchim. Now, he has written them down for all to read and enjoy.

Rabbi Efraim Mintz, executive director of the Rohr Jewish Learning Institute, said: “I applaud David Nesenoff’s delightfully disarming peek into the lives of individual Chabad emissaries. His journey weaves between hilarity and poignancy, and is as compelling as it is uplifting.”

Before attending the Kinus HaShluchim, Nesenoff spoke at the Village Chabad in Stony Brook, Long Island. “You could hear a pin drop; the shabbaton audience was mesmerized and moved,” Rabbi Chaim Grossbaum observed. “David expertly explained the Rebbe’s understanding and response to antisemitism. He was able to move our community of all ages to tears and laughter during these very difficult times. He is a seasoned and captivating speaker who brilliantly motivates his listeners to take on more Yiddishkeit.”

Larry Kagan, an audience member attending the Stony Brook dinner, said, “David did an unbelievably amazing presentation; he was hysterical and riveting; he was born to do this job.”

The book with the most curious title, “I Never Met the Rebbe Many Times,” transports the reader on Nesenoff’s global travels. The chapters are filled with incredible Rebbe and Shluchim stories from all over the world including Chabad Houses and campuses in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, South Africa, India, Morocco and Israel.
