Actor and entrepreneur Alia Bhatt has ventured into the world of children’s literature by launching her first picture book, Ed Finds A Home. Alia took to Instagram on June 16 to share the exciting news with her followers. She posted a heartwarming message expressing her passion for storytelling and the joy of bringing her childhood dreams to life.

Ed Finds A Home: The beginning of a series

 

“Ed Finds A Home is just the beginning of a new series of books from the universe of Ed-a-Mamma,” the Dear Zindagi actress wrote. Ed-a-Mamma, founded by Alia in 2020, is a successful brand offering children’s, teen, and maternity wear. The book series marks a creative expansion for the brand.

 

Alia expressed her gratitude to the book’s creative team, including Vivek Kamath, Shabnam Minwalla, and Tanvi Bhat, for their contributions. “Their wonderful ideas, inputs and imagination helped bring our first book to life,” she stated. The book is now available for purchase online and at major bookstores, making it accessible to young readers everywhere.

 

 

 

This new venture adds another dimension to Alia’s already impressive career. Beyond acting, she is a successful entrepreneur and now a published author. She is also the founder of Eternal Sunshine Productions, the production company behind the Netflix film Darlings. Bhatt’s upcoming projects include co-producing Jigra with Dharma Productions, starring alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal in Love and War, and an untitled YRF Spy Universe film.
