Retired Wicklow educator Seamus Kavanagh recently launched a new book of poems, ‘Reflections in Rhyme’, inspired by the challenges of the pandemic and inquisitive questions asked by his nine grandchildren.
A labour of love for the Knockananna resident, who retired 20 years ago after teaching in Clonmore in County Carlow and Ballyconnell, Seamus proudly launched the book at O’Connor’s in Tinahely, surrounded by family, friends and former colleagues.
