The teaser for Yorgos Lanthimos’ new anthology film just dropped – HERO

Yorgos Lanthimos has been busy. Just over a fortnight after Poor Things won four Oscars, the teaser trailer for his next film is already out. Kinds of Kindness will be an anthology film that will focus on three “fables” following a man without choice who tries to take control of his own life; a policeman who is alarmed that his wife who was missing at sea has returned and seems a different person; and a woman determined to find a specific someone with a special ability, who is destined to become a prodigious spiritual leader.

Of course, Lanthimos being Lanthimos, he’s managed to gather an incredible cast for this one. Emma Stone, Jesse Plemons, Willem Dafoe, Margaret Qualley, Hong Chau, Joe Alwyn, Mamoudou Athie and Hunter Schafer. The original screenplay was written by Lanthimos and Efthimis Filippou, making this their fourth collaboration after The Lobster, The Killing Of A Sacred Deer, Dogtooth.
