I’ve worked on and off for INSTORE over the past 15 years, and during that time, I’ve written five books. For my latest, Jewelry’s Shining Stars: The Next Generation: 45 Women Visionaries (ACC Artbooks, End June 2024), Editor-in-Chief Trace Shelton told me: “It will be more fun to hear about the book from your point of view.” It is also serendipitous as I wrote the the original Jewelry’s Shining Stars in 2013 when based on seeing such talent during my years as Senior Editor for Indesign and Instore and while I still worked in that role. So I am following one of my favorite editor’s advice and giving you a sneak peek at the book through this gallery of some of the irrepressible women designers in this new book their own words about their collections.
