Paramount+ hasn’t confirmed whether Halo will receive a third season, but with Season 2 ending with plenty of twists and cliffhangers, it certainly makes sense for Master Chief’s journey to continue. In the meantime, consider checking out The Making of Halo The Series: Hope, Heroism, and Humanity. The hardcover book arrives on November 5, just in time for holiday gift-giving season.
$50
The Making of Halo The Series is a 168-page hardcover volume that encompasses everything you’d want to know about the show. Along with commentary from the team, you’ll get never-before-seen photographs from the set, additional artwork from development, and images of props, armor, and weapons from the series. Dark Horse Books is publishing the volume, so it should be crafted to high standards and make for a great centerpiece in your home theater or game room.
Keep in mind that this book largely focuses on the first season of Halo The Series, but at over 150 pages, it gives you an in-depth look at what it took to bring Master Chief to life.
If you’re looking for more Halo content, consider preordering Halo: Season Two. It’s arriving on July 23 as both a standard Blu-ray or 4K UHD Steelbook–and both are discounted ahead of their release. The Blu-ray version is now just $35 (down from $43), while the premium steelbook is $50 (down from $59). You can also grab the steelbook edition of Halo: Season One for $43 (was $59).
Both the Blu-ray and 4K steelbook editions include heaps of extra features.
