New  Lauren Spierer Details emerge in book ‘College Girl, Missing’


Next Monday, June 3rd marks 13 years since IU coed Lauren Spierer vanished after a night out on the Bloomington campus. Despite dozens of witnesses, she seemingly disappeared without a trace in 2011. Lauren’s disappearance garnered local, national and even global attention– But remains a cold case to this day.

College Girl, Missing: The True Story of How a Young Woman Disappeared in Plain Sight went on sale today, May 28, 2024. In the new book, Author and Investigative Journalist Shawn Cohen reveals bombshells about the last people to see Lauren alive, and what might have happened the night disappeared.
