Literary festivals: Time of the Writer and Books on the Bay reveal their line-ups for 2024


Two South African literary festivals’ line-ups have been announced.

Two South African literary festivals’ line-ups have been announced.

Two South African literary festivals have announced the line-ups for their upcoming events. 

The Time of the Writer festival takes place from 14 to 21 February at the Alliance Française in Durban. It is the 27th iteration of the festival.

Following the successful launch of the festival last year, the second Books on the Bay happens in Simon’s Town from 22 to 24 March. At these festivals you can see many of the authors who have published work over the past year.
