DA federal chairperson Helen Zille said that in the Western Cape, where the party is governing, they had improved provincial hospitals
DA federal chairperson Helen Zille has described former DA leader Mmusi Maimane’s new book as a work of fiction, saying Maimane is seeking to portray himself as a victim.
In an interview with City Press on Tuesday, 21 May 2024, Zille said that the former DA leader and current Build One SA leader (Bosa), Mmusi Maimane, is acting like a victim.
This comes after Maimane published a book titled “Dare to Believe: Why I Could Not Stay in the DA.” Zille says people must stop obsessing about the few black people who have accepted critical race theory, which the DA completely rejects as a political philosophy, and look at the up-and-coming people who are committed to non-racialism inside the party.
